Greetings
Just a quick journal entry to make you all aware of this film.
I just saw this movie for the first time tonight (know an actor who judges films for the Acadamy Awards and gets all the movies super early) after having the urge to see it since... yeesh, can't even remember what movie I saw the ad for it at. But it was aeons ago. Let me tell you, the wait was worth it.
I won't spend too much time saying amazing I think it is, because really there are few words that I can use to describe it. It was beautiful on so many levels it hurt, and I connected with James to the utmost. I sat awestruck as this world I found so familiar was put to light before me, and laughed with tears singing softly down my cheek as the final moments passed. Do yourself the biggest of favours and indulge in this film.
And for those of you who are not yet convinced, it is probably because you are the type of person who will be convinced by the fact that Johnny Depp plays James Barrie, the main actor.
So, if it's still in theatres around you, go buy a matinee, you'll forgive the hole in your pocket book later. And for the rest of you, whether by means illegal or through patience, I do hope you enjoy Finding Neverland.
That it is all.
And yes, no signing this time.

Ho-hum
Back for a visit, hopefully.
Feeling a bit on the artsy tidbit, and hopefully once I get back from Afghanistan I'll be more productive. Feeling awfully inspired as of late, and suddenly have the inclination that I might be able to get good at drawing, and I might be able to take some beautiful pictures again, and I might be able to get around to doing these things. We'll see.
Good to be back, hopefully dA treats me well.
Looking for Tattoo Artists
Okay, a quick little journal update here.
I've been wanting to get a tattoo for about a year now using clear ultra-violet reactive ink. And I think I am finally ready to get it done. But unfortunately I have no artistic talent when it comes to freehanding stuff, so I need to find someone to help me out here. I'd be willing to pay a commission price if necessary, so long as it looks really good.
Basically what I want to have done is my whole right arm, yes even underneath, from the top of my shoulder down to my wrist with a kind of tribal/circuit/cyberpunk design. So maybe lots of asian/mayan/middle-eastern/futuristic influences but nothing
New Life
I am now in (or at least relatively close to) Seattle. I move into my apartment around August 15th hopefully (right now I live about 20 minutes outside of the city), and should be working full-time at Barnes and Noble by the week's end. Free books and employee discounts, woo. Oh, and a paycheck. That too. I've had to keep myself from spending my last $100 on books, telling myself that that is extremely impractical for one, and that I'll be getting them basically free in a week anyways.
Anyways, I am in my favourite city in the world, art school is just coming over the horizon, and that means that I should hopefully be uploading stuff here ag
Oh noes, not me too!
Curses, the first time I have been tagged with this rubbish!
